Flexible Hotel Monetary Voucher

1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless specified on voucher. 2. Monetary gift vouchers may be redeemed against accommodation, food and beverage purchases at The Royal Yacht, excluding The Drift unless agreed with management at least 24 hours in advance. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at Spa Sirène. 3. Gift vouchers may be used towards goods and services of a higher value on payment of the difference. 4. Gift vouchers must be redeemed in full at the time of use. No cash refund, credit or change will be given for any unused value. This does not apply to Spa Sirène vouchers where stated. 5. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 6. Redemption is subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended. 7. Gift vouchers must be presented (printed or digital) at the time of redemption. 8. Bookings made using a gift voucher are subject to The Royal Yacht's standard booking and cancellation policies. Failure to cancel within the applicable notice period or failure to attend may result in the gift card being redeemed in full. 9. Lost, stolen, altered or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. 10. The Royal Yacht reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary. Any amendments will not affect gift cards already purchased unless required by law. 11. Gift vouchers must be presented and verified prior to the commencement of the booked experience, service or stay. Failure to present a valid voucher may require payment by an alternative method.
